We’re used to seeing adverts highlighting the rapid decline of wildlife and animal species that typically ask for donations; however the WWF has created a brilliant campaign to inform us of the falling number of Pandas left in the world.
To raise awareness of the declining numbers due to human activity, the WWF has worked with French artist Paulo Grangeon, PMQ and creative studio allrightsreserved to create 1,600 papier-mâché Pandas that represent the estimated 1,600 Pandas left in the wild. These creations have been touring the world, visiting places including China, Hong Kong, Paris, Berlin and Rome to highlight the dwindling numbers.
We think that this is a great campaign that engages with us on a deeper level. The cute paper Panda’s raises awareness of the support the species needs and has encouraged others, including us, to find out more!
