Our Creative Director Debi has been all over the place in pursuit of her career, from London to Sydney, and back to her home town of Cheltenham. She believes passionately in the importance of a good brand and beautiful design, but hates the idea that good creative has to be 'precious'. Debi has worked on everything from cars to telecoms to coffee shops, and loves the challenge of answering every brief with the best possible creative solution. She also loves being back in Cheltenham after a 20 year absence, spending time with family and raising two little cherubs.

Best memory from your schooldays? 

Setting fire to the chemistry lab with a bunsen burner during my O level practical... needless to say science wasn't my strong point.

And the most outrageous thing you've done?

Probably getting caught up in a diamond smuggling cartel while on holiday in India... but that's a whole other story.
