CHOCOLATE BODY-WRAP

WHY NOT INDULGE YOURSELF THIS EASTER WITH A CHOCOLATE BODY-WRAP TO COMPLIMENT YOUR CHOCOLATE EGG?

Reward yourself after Lent at the Swan Sanctuary, where you can pamper yourself inside and out: with a body wrap; rejuvenating treatments; then a delicious dinner at the adjacent Swan Hotel!
The latest in high-tech beauty meets the essence of the Cotswolds at the Swan Sanctuary in the picturesque village of Bibury. Imagine a day when you are pampered from morning to evening; a day in which your mind and body are revitalised and all stress melts away. We all know we deserve a little special attention from time to time, and what better place to be soothed than in the idyllic Cotswolds? This Easter, why not indulge yourself at this intimate tranquil retreat, located alongside the Swan Hotel overlooking the River Coln, Gloucestershire.
Treat yourself with the Swan Sanctuary’s Chocolate Delight: a luxurious Moroccan Cocoon with Rassoul body wrap. This treatment utilises warm mud from the sun-drenched valleys of Morocco. Rich in magnesium, iron, calcium and potassium, it moisturises and revitalises the body, while soothing even the most sensitive skin. Officially launching in April, you can enjoy an exclusive promotional preview this Easter weekend!
While there, why not benefit from leading edge treatments, including the relaxing Aromatherm? This encompasses the body in steam to maximise the benefits of mud therapies and wraps, whilst enhancing the client’s experience with the refreshing properties of tropical rainfall.
Pippa O’Neill, Manager at the Swan Sanctuary comments, “We really have a fantastic facility for clients to enjoy. As well as the latest in beauty therapies, the environment is gorgeous. We have a beautiful relaxation room with an open Cotswold stone fireplace and flagstone floors, which opens out onto a patio area where clients will be able to enjoy a light lunch in the summer months overlooking the River Coln and the swans, from where The Sanctuary takes its name.”
Full details of treatments, packages and monthly special offers available at the Swan Sanctuary can be found by calling 01285 740202. More information on the complete range of Cotswold Inns can be found online at www.cotswold-inns-hotels.co.uk
The Aromatherm also features colour therapy, which enables the therapist to select a colour to light the room that will have a complementary effect on the treatment being undertaken. For example, green has cleansing properties, whilst yellow can be uplifting and red invigorating. Colour Therapy is also a feature in one of the other five treatment rooms where massages, facials and other treatments are carried out.
Pevonia Botanica is the high quality range of skin care products on which the treatments are based. All are formulated from the finest natural ingredients incorporating advanced technologies and are used throughout the world in some of the leading spas. Therapies can be enjoyed whilst relaxing on heated, adjustable couches that can be placed in the perfect position for the optimum comfort of the client.
Another of the latest treatments is the Pedispa. This is a top-of-the range integral pedicure facility, whereby the client can relax in a comfortable, purpose built seat, which also massages the back. The full range of Jessica nail products and polishes are also available at the salon.
The Swan Hotel rests on the banks of the River Coln, in the heart of Bibury – a Gloucestershire village that the artist William Morris called ‘the prettiest village in England”. Each of its well-appointed bedrooms flaunts an inspired mix of traditional furniture and rich fabrics
